We've seen a recurring issue affecting Windows 11 and certain Windows 10 configurations — the device does not appear within the Antelope Launcher, even though it's normally visible and selectable as an Audio Device, and the Manager Server is properly running.
This prevents users from accessing the Control Panel, making changes, applying updates, assigning additional software content to the device, etc.
After some troubleshooting by the developers and several tests with different users, we've determined that the issue can be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling G HUB (Logitech software).
Some Additional Info:
A process in the service called Logi_LampArray_Service
is causing the issue — ending it through Task Manager (End Task) makes the Antelope interface appear in the Launcher again.
However, the process will start automatically. To prevent this, please follow the steps below:
Open "Services" via the Start Menu.
Find
Logi_LampArray_Service
, right-click and select "Properties".In "Startup type", select Manual.
