If you have already installed the antelope unified driver and your device is DIRECTLY connected (without the use of hubs/adapters) but still not recognizing , please follow the instructions below:
- Try connecting your device to different USB/TB port
- Perform a power cycle by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back (make sure your monitor speakers are turned off)
1. Reboot your computer
2. Go to the "SYSTEM" tab in the antelope launcher and next to manager server bundle version click "RESTART"
3. Go to the "SYSTEM" tab and select different bundle version for the manager server, tick the box and hit update in the bottom right.
4. Make sure you are not using any Antivirus/Malware software that might be blocking the server connection. If you have any of these , we would recommend uninstalling them.

6. Allow all antelope software and drivers on your OS firewall.
7. If you are using MacOS Catalina , make sure you have allowed the installation of the Antelope Unified Driver in the Security&Privacy system preferences.
When installing the driver, an "Allow" button should appear in the general tab, there you would need to allow the Elektrosfera LTD company which stands for Antelope.
To get this "Allow message in the Security &Privacy" you would need to reinstall the driver if you have it installed already!
After you have done that, please reboot your computer to finish the installation.
8. If your device is still not recognized after all of the above step and you are connected via USB, please open the Antelope Unified Driver and click "Remove" from the installer to delete the driver. Reboot and see if it works.
