Complete Factory Reset Guide
Those commands are applied to restore your device firmware & software control panel settings to factory defaults.
It is also applied in case you encounter problems such as:
Incorrect Routing, FPGA Based Effects, Gain staging, No sound, Post Firmware Update & Hard fault critical error 241.Or you wish simply to start over with your software set-up.
Please note:
This manual contains two ways of executing the factory defaults command, you may either go with the primary "Factory Reset" or apply the "Hard" (Hardware Factory Rest in case the first one did not execute).
On the list bellow you may find the key combinations for your Antelope Audio Device:
Zen Go SC/Zen Q SC
Factory Reset:
Hard Factory Reset:
- Save any settings of the control panel you'd like to keep, since the following will delete them. Power off or disconnect any peripherals such as speakers, headphones, microphones, etc.
- You can release the buttons 5 seconds after you plug in the USB cable.
Zen Tour/Zen Tour Synergy Core
Factory Reset
- On the touch screen click Menu=>scroll=>click Factory Reset=> confirm.
Hard Factory Reset:
- Unplug the power adapter from back of the device. Hold down the Gain + volume knob buttons and as you are holding them down, plug back the power adapter again
You can let go of the buttons once the device powers up.
Discrete 4 & 8/Discrete 4 & 8 SC/Discrete 4 & 8 Pro SC
Factory Reset
- Hold the top button to access the system menu navigate with volume knob=>Factory Reset=> confirm by pressing the volume knob.
Hard Factory Reset:
- Unplug the power adapter from back of the device or from the power socket
-.Hold down the top & bottom small buttons at the right from the display.
- As you are holding them down, plug back the power adapter again.
- You can let go of the buttons once the device powers up.
Galaxy 32
Factory Reset:
- Save any settings of the control panel you'd like to keep, since the following will delete them. Power off or disconnect any peripherals such as speakers, headphones, microphones, etc.
- Hold down the Red button on the right hand side
- Scroll through the options with the rotary knob until you see the "Factory reset" option
- Press in the rotary knob to select
Hard Factory Reset:
If there is Critical Error Failure on the screen of the unit, you should perform a hard factory reset.
In order to do so, please press the power button for 5 seconds and unplug and re-plug the power cable again.
Note: This is only possible if there is a Critical Error Failure currently present.
Galaxy 64
Factory Reset:
- Save any settings of the control panel you'd like to keep, since the following will delete them. Power off or disconnect any peripherals such as speakers, headphones, microphones, etc.
- On the touch screen of the device, please click on MENU (top left corner), click on Factory Reset and click on the button that appears in the middle of the screen to confirm the action.
You should see "Factory presets restored" on the screen of the device.
Orion Studio HD/Orion Studio/ Orion Studio 2017/Orion Studio SC
Factory Reset
- By holding down the Top Function button (the one on the top right of the screen) access the System Menu of the device=>navigate with volume knob=>Factory reset=>Confirm by pressing the volume
knob. .
Hard Factory Reset
- Unplug the power adapter from back of the device. Hold down the Gain + HP buttons and as you are holding them down, plug back the power adapter again.
You can let go of the buttons once the device powers up.
Orion32
Factory Reset
- Hold the Antelope Button and press Preset button 1.
Hard Factory Reset:
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the device Then hold down the two frequency buttons on the front panel of the device and as you are holding them down, plug back the power cable.
You can let go of the buttons once the device powers up. You should see the settings restored to defaults in the control panel, if the reset was successful.
Orion32HD/Orion32HD Gen 3
Factory Reset
- Hold down the Power button to access the System Menu of the device=>navigate with frequency buttons=>Factory Reset=>confirm by holding the lower frequency button.
Hard Factory Reset:
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the device. Hold down the two frequency buttons on the front panel of the device and as you are holding them down, plug back the power cable. You can let go of the buttons once the device powers up.
Orion32+/Orion32+ Gen 3
Factory Reset
- Hold down the Power button to access the System Menu of the device=>navigate with frequency buttons=>Factory Reset=>confirm by holding the lower frequency button.

Goliath HD
Factory Reset
- On the touch screen click Menu=>scroll=>click Factory Reset=> confirm.
Hard Factory Reset
- Unplug the power adapter from the back of the device. Hold mono and mute buttons and as you are holding them down, plug back the power cable.
You can let go of the buttons once the device powers up.
Zen Studio+
Factory Reset
