How may we help you?

With the release of the new MAC OS version 10.14 Mojave, Apple introduced new security features. Due to these security features, any audio inputs to a certain software program should be manually allowed via the Security Preferences in your system.

Note* - We are not officially compatible with MAC OS 10.14 Mojave yet, please keep an eye on the product pages of our devices for information regarding the compatibility with the new operating system.

Here's what you have to do if you are already on 10. 14 Mojave in order to get your inputs in your DAW.

1. Open up your DAW and go to the Audio Device settings.

2. Select your Antelope interface as an input device, this should automatically bring up this dialog box -

Proceed with clicking on "OK".

After this step, your input signal will be received by the DAW.

If such a dialog doesn't appear once you select your audio input in your DAW, you'll have to set this manually from within the security preferences by following the steps bellow.

1. Open System Preferences -> Security & Privacy.

2. Select the Privacy tab and in the column on the left, select Microphone. If you did set this up correctly through the audio input device and the dialog box, you will have your DAW already ticked like in this example - 3. Tick the checkbox next to the Application that you want your audio device to input to (you might have to click the lock icon in the bottom left corner to be able to tick the checkbox).

After this step you will have audio inputs to your DAW. Bear in mind that this will allow all input (build in inputs, microphones, etc.) to be received by this program (in this case your DAW).
